Akaninyene Obot is an academian in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. My research is within the fields of Agricultural finance, policy analysis and agribusiness with a focus on long term economic progress at the interactions between finance, policy technological change and agricultural diversity. The objectives is to translate these to improved policy formation with the objective to improve the lives of rural communities through increased agricultural productivity, expanded employment opportunities, access to education and greater returns to researchHe is also a Volunteer Project Consultant at Ukana West 2 Community Based Health Initiative (CBHI), Akwa Ibom State
